The Regulations for the Board of Directors, adapted to the recommendations of the so-called "Code of Good Governance for the Board of Directors" passed by the Special Committee for the Ethical Study of Boards of Directors of listed companies, aim to determine the principles for the actions of the Company´s governing body, set out the basic rules for its organization and functioning and establish the rules of conduct for its members and the company´s senior management.
